History of Megaman X Mavericks
It al started in 2005 when I was experimenting with creating rpg games using RPG Maker 2003.
Since I'm a fan of the Megaman series I wanted to try and create a megaman game with RPG Maker.
And that's when Mavericks was born.
At first I wasn't very satisfied about this game.
But still I decided to release this game and the result was just outstanding.
People liked it and that motivated me to continue with the series followed by Mavericks 2 (2008) and Mavericks 3 (2011).
While creating the games I learned more and more of RPG Maker 2003 and all of his game creation options.
Right now I'm working on Mavericks Final.
Mavericks Final gives me the opportunity to recreated the first 2 mavericks games with the knowledge I now have of RPG Maker 2003.
It is most likely that Mavericks Final will be my last project with RPG Maker 2003 because I'm reaching the limits of the program and having compatibility issues with the latest version of Microsoft Windows 8 and 8.1.
RPG Maker 2003 runs fine on Windows 7 though.
